Everytime myself or my boss buys a car, he plays “All the way up” by Fat Joe as loud as he can, he even went as far as calling me last night at 9pm to blast it through the phone. His ideal dream that’s 10 years down the line is to have a bunch of dealers in the tri state and a large office space full of wholesalers like me. If we start doing morning speeches/screaming into a microphone  , I will be so happy.

my *office* is closer to this

currently the company is making about 30 mil in produce yearly

they want to be at 100 mil 2 years from now

we’re stretched thin as is... and as the pencil pushers are making the plans here we have to up production, take on a whole bunch of new people, and have 100% quality check on everything

you can guess how well this is going

thankfully im apparently now the guy that lives in the forgotten corner of the shop coz he likes keeping all the ancient machines up and running.... so other than worrying management will get my ass sacked the worst of this shit is missing me
